11. No Waiver of Rights

14. User Due Diligence and Risk Assumption

1. Eligibility and Registration
You confirm that before registering with or using Jiovani’s services, you possess the civil capacity required by the laws of the United Kingdom or your country of residence. If you do not meet these requirements, you must immediately cease registration or use of Jiovani’s services.

2. Account Ownership and Use
Upon successful registration, an account will be created for you. The account remains the property of Jiovani, and you are granted a limited right to use it during the validity of this Agreement. You may not transfer, donate, lend, sell, authorize, or lease your account to any third party without Jiovani’s explicit consent.

3. Accuracy of Information
During registration or use of your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email, country, contact details, delivery address, and payment information. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions or termination. You are solely responsible for any liability or loss arising from providing untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

4. Account Approval and Updates

5. Compatibility with Third-Party Platforms

6. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, and other account details. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed authorized by you. 7. Notification of Unauthorized Use

14. Security Measures

15. Termination for Abuse

(2) Legal and Ethical Compliance
You warrant that you will abide by all applicable national and local laws, regulations, industry practices, and social morals. You shall not use Jiovani’s services to store, distribute, or publish any of the following:

a. Content jeopardizing national security (UK and other countries), national unity, or social stability.
b. Content that insults, slanders, or infringes upon the lawful rights of others.
c. Obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, terror-related, or otherwise harmful material.
d. Illegal advertisements, spam, or marketing information.
You also agree not to create usernames containing such content.

(3) Protection of Rights

(2) Responsibility for Disputes
You are fully responsible for any customer disputes arising from:

Data transmission failures on your store or platform interface.
Unclear interface settings or lack of transmission verification security.
Failure to address these issues after being notified by Jiovani will result in liability.

(3) API Updates
If your platform’s API or related functions are updated, you must promptly inform Jiovani and assist in optimizing the platform accordingly.

4. Liability

Jiovani reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any terms of this Agreement. You may be held liable for damages caused by your actions.
